VILLA PADRONALE

THE fulcrum of the town of the Borgo is the nineteenth-century manor house, with its “Italian garden” of about 2600 square meters arranged around the central fountain, from which the four gravel-paved paths branch off and lead to as many entrances. The villa has a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests.
On the north side of the villa there is the paved courtyard, flanked and protected on all sides a carriageway affords access via a driveway door, where you arrive at the Casa del Fattore.

Today, the casa del fattore, a typical figure of agricultural sharecropping in 19th-century Tuscany, has been transformed into an annex of the main villa and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen. On the ground floor is La Taverna, a room with tables and a lowered fireplace, with a horseshoe-shaped bench, a kitchen equipped with an original oven from 1838 and a bathroom.

INTERIORS – The 450 m2 villa is divided into two large rooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, four bathrooms and seven bedrooms for around 12/14 beds. From the living room with fireplace on the first mezzanine floor you go down into the park.
