The tasting offers the opportunity to appreciate the characteristics of a cultivation made according to the Tuscan peasant tradition, in our opinion, an essential requirement to guarantee genuineness and a unique taste.
The products of our company are linked to seasonality with modest quantities characterized by authentic flavors free from any type of chemical treatment. PGI oil, fruit and wheat still have the peasant conception of self-production in compliance with ancient customs and techniques typical of the area.
On our farm, as in all of Tuscany, we produce one of the healthiest durum wheat in the world. The type of climate allows wheat to be harvested with a low humidity content, avoiding the onset of mold during storage in silos and warehouses.
PGI oil, fruit and other company products are available in our store and on dedicated occasions, offered in the tastings offered to guests of our villas.
